Mirza oversees all the functional and analytical areas of revenue cycle management at Golden Hour and has a strong background in process improvement. She has comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices including denials management, contracting, implementations, compliance, reporting and analysis. Mirza brings over 25 years’ experience of revenue cycle processes including leadership roles in facilities, multi-specialty medical groups, telemedicine, physical therapy, and clinical laboratory. Mirza is from a small Texas town and moved to California due to her husband’s military assignment. Mirza enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children and three adorable dogs.
